Can I say, Claudia Gray's second book on Firebird Trilogy is just friggin' beyond imagination! It's mind-blowing! I did not expect it would be like that. I must say, this is the best trilogy I ever read and I'm so enjoying it.

Anyway, let me give a brief of what is in this second Firebird trilogy. After what had happened in A Thousand Pieces of You (ATPoY), a relationship between Paul and Marguerite has improved a lot, they been good together but still feel guilty when they are with Theo since Theo also has a feeling for Marguerite. They feel the need to be careful to not hurt Theo's feeling because somehow Theo is indifferent after what had happened. The truth is, it is not like what they thought about Theo even though it is true he still has a feeling with Marguerite but rather that, he is in pain, he is suffering because of what happened to his body - being used by another Theo from another dimension.

After Theo fall to sick, Paul makes a decision to find a cure for Theo in another dimension which is definitely the more dangerous things to do but he did and his soul is splinter around multiple dimension where Marguerite and Theo go for an adventure to find medicine for him also to rescue Paul.

Every dimension they have been to definitely amaze me in every way. It's like I'm the one who goes to all dimension and see how it looks like in the past, present and future. Full of curiosity when you start to read it. When Marguerite thought every dimension she been to, she thought fate always brought them to together with Paul but no, she's wrong and she shocks by it too. It makes me think a lot about it, I mean, destiny. What will be my destiny? How it looks like? Who is in it? What will happen?

Compare to the first Firebird trilogy, this book is quite complicated and they are many things happen in here, surprise you also it makes you feel heartache. Ergh! It feels like your heart been squish by someone. Again, they have a plot twist! You will definitely feel shocked by it! You feel like - 'What? Why? How could you!' ergh! I am still mad about it.

Anyway, I do recommend to read all the Firebird trilogy because it is amazing! But I have not started the third trilogy yet because I still feel hurt. lol, I will start read soon, I hope. Hiks Oh, if you have not read my first Firebird trilogy's review, you can click here to read it.
