Another thriller/mystery read this month which I'm so excited to read. Thank you Times Read for making it happened.

The Search Party follows with a group of friends gone to the woods to search for their missing friend, Sadie, and a detective who has been assigned to handle this case. It was told in multiple POVs between the detective and all Sadie's friends. There are a lot of things that happened during their journey in the woods to search for Sadie until something terrible happened to them.

The plot is very interesting that keeps you sit tight on your seat, definitely a page-turner, literally shock you to the core when the story reveals the truth of who is the most guilty of doing it to Sadie. My jaw was dropped when I know what happened. It was never cross in my mind about it. The story is indeed an intense one which makes you want to shout to them to finally say the truth of what had actually happened.

Anyhow, the only thing that makes me a bit frustrated with the book was the beginning of the story because I could not follow the way the interview was written. It quite confusing but somehow I finally can follow the direction of how it is been written since this is my first time reading a book written by Simon Lelic. However, this would not affect my liking of the story. I am honestly enjoying The Search Party with the twist and turn, couldn't help yourself from making a list of who is the most suspicious. It was written really well. I would definitely recommend you pick this book especially if you are a fan of the thriller/mystery genre.
