Twins Anna and Adam live in an abandoned commune in a volatile landscape where they prepare for the world-ending event they believe is imminent. Adam keeps watch by day, Anna by night. They meet at dawn and dusk.

Their only companion is Koan, the commune's former leader, who still exerts a malignant control over their daily rituals. But when one of the previous inhabitants returns, everything Anna and Adam thought they knew to be true is thrown into question.

Dazzling, unsettling and incredibly moving, Redder Days is a stunning exploration of the consequences of corrupted power, the emotional impact of abandonment, and the endurance of humanity in the most desperate of situations.

Upon finished reading this book, I'm kinda have no idea how am I supposedly write my review. The book left me with confusing from the beginning till end of my read.

The story follows with Anna and Adam who have been living at an abandon commune and they are preparing for the world-ending event. They live in abandoned commune to escape from red disease where humans and animals turn into a monster.

I wish I can explain more on this book and pour my thoughts about it, however, I can't. I'm trying my best to focus on the story and yet, my mind become chaos with the story. It was difficult for me to connect with the story and the characters. As the characters were told in different perspectives it takes time for me to get into it. The writing style is honestly unique and profound. To be honest, it does scares me while I’m reading the book. I don’t even want to imagine it.

In conclusion, the dystopian story is way different than I have read before which I think is quite interesting but I wish I can like it more than I should now. I try to understand the whole story but as much as I try to do it yet I couldn’t digest the story. It might not work well with me but you might do especially if you are a fan and/or interested in reading dystopian book.
