Review

The story follows with a 12 years old boy who called as Twitch is an absolute animal lover. He personally has 3 pet chickens and 4 pigeons. He has a keen interest on birdwatching and he even build a secret hide for birdwatching. One day, a convict has been escaped from a prison and that person is in his town. He decided to use his talent to track down the the convicted robber.

I enjoy this wonderful MG read. Twitch is really a likable character. His keen interest on birds is really an admirable one in fact he is very knowledgeable on birds. Because of his interest on birds, those school kid keep on picking on him however things start to change. The friendship development is a good one. I love the positivity side of Twitch. He is an honest person and a brave one.

On plot wise, applaud to the author for writing such an amazing story. Love the flow of the story. It make me guessing who is the criminal although I have to say, the clue is there but I'm the one who miss it! The fact that the friendship development start from an enemy turn to a good friend is really a heart-warming. I love how the author not only give us an action-packed, adventure, mystery, an animal lover; in this story it also shows to us the value of life and the value friendship - a good message in here. Twitch by M.G. Leonard is really an amazing one. Highly recommended!
