Guardian 50% Sale Beauty Haul

Last two weeks, Guardian had a 50% discount sale for all cosmetic products which certainly, most of you must have known about this since it was all over the net and I guess, we are, I mean me and my family didn't even realize they have a 50% discount sale until we walked in front of Guardian and seen the placard held by the staff. Aiyaa! Anyhow, right after we booked a place for iftar, we went straight to Guardian and hustle among those people who are already in the shop which I have to admit it was quite annoying since people keep pushing one another thus, it made us only pick the products that we truly need.

Disclaimer: I know I have said this for few times on my blog that I don't know how to wear makeup which is true and some of you, might have this on your mind "she said she does not know how to wear makeup but why she bought it?". Here's the thing, I have 2 younger sisters who absolutely enjoy and know how to wear makeup which I am currently learning from them and also my mom who also wear makeup.

Without me blab here and there, let's cut it short and jump straight into the haul;

1. Maybelline the Hyper Curl Volum' Express (Brown) and Maybelline Sensational

This is my mom's mascara. Yes, she loves mascara hence, she bought two. I don't really know much about mascara because I'm not a big fan of it as it keeps on scratches my spectacles (now, that's one of the reasons why I don't like mascara because of my spectacles T_T), I guess I'm going to wear it once I do my contact lenses which I do not know when because I'm scared to use contact lenses but the temptation to get it increases ever since my younger sister got it last week for the first time since her new job needs her to wear contact lenses and now, I feel I need to get back to the main topic.

2. Silkygirl Matte Junkie Lip Cream

This is so mine. I am a huge sucker for lipstick. It's like my favorite beauty product of all, I love to try a different shade and try a different brand for lipstick and for now, I love Silkygirl Matte Junkie Lip Cream as it stays quite long on my lips except when I wipe my lips clean. The color shade that I bought was in 01 Retro. The shade is like in medium darker pink, I believe but once I applied it on my lips it becomes a bit lighter.

3. Silkygirl Perfect Matte Liquid Eyeliner

Aside from lipstick, I love eyeliner as well but I'm only applying on my eyes on a certain occasion such as this upcoming Raya celebration, definitely going to apply it beautifully on my eyes. I have been using this Silkygirl Perfect Matte Eyeliner since 2016 I believe and ever since that, it become my favourite eyeliner.

4. Silkygirl Moisture Balm Lip Color

This is my first time trying this product suggested by my sister. Honestly, I love how it really moisturizes my lips at the same time it gives my lips a beautiful color. It's a 2 in 1 product - a lipstick and a lip balm. As for this Lip Color, it is in the shade 06 Cocoa - the shade is more like a bit darker, I mean in a darker red.

5. Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Moisturiser

By far, this is one of my best moisturiser that suits my skins as it does control the oil on my face since most of the times, I only applied this moisturiser.

6. Facial Cleansing Sponge

This is actually my youngest sister's. She keeps on bugging us to want to buy this Cleansing Sponge and she seems happy when she got and try it right away. So, I don't get to try it. Duh

7. Bye Bye Dull Eyes

Again, it's my youngest sister's. She said it feels refreshing after she applied Bye Bye Dull Eyes.

8. Vaseline Intensive Care

I love love this lotion very much. It does not feel greasy at all when I applied it on my skin and the scent from Vaseline in the yellow bottle smells really good. I couldn't get enough of it.

9. Scott's Vitamin C Pastilles

I know this is not fall under beauty category but ehem, my dad bought this for us during Guardian 50% Beauty Haul which I supposed I shall include it here too. Anyway, although at home, we already have Scott's Emulsion Vita Orange you know, these pastilles taste amazing so, yeah.

There you go my Guardian 50% Sale Beauty Haul which I was supposed to publish this post ages ago but I didn't because I was busy preparing for Eid celebration somehow, today I managed to squeeze in to finish this and publish it on my blog.
