Characters living in a library. Magical books around? Hands down, I'm in. 

The story start went through with Elisabeth who has been living her whole life in a library. Her ambition to be a warden, to protect the books, the people and the library. Until one day, there's an attack that happened in the library she lives in and she been accused of what had happened. It ruins her life but that's not the end of it. She decided to fight for it, looking for the answer to the attack and who is the actual person behind the attacks. Elisabeth is a badass, strong-willed, fierce and wonderful woman. 

I loved everything in this book, the characters are all quite well developed, the friendship between Elisabeth and her friend Katrien si amazing, a demon (Silas) that is supposed to be evil yet become one of the wonderful demons who is protective towards Elisabeth and Nathaniel. I love the slow-burn romance between Elisabeth and Nathaniel. Nathaniel is a mysterious, sarcastic man yet attractive. Their playful sarcastic word exchange is what I look forward to because it is funny and making the story entertaining too.

Overall, I was really engrossed with the story right from the beginning, put me in a state of curiosity about what, why, how and who throughout the book. It is a well-written story, a detailed of the story by the author making the story flow smoothly to understand the characters, magical system and also the demons/fiends but it dragging a bit that too much detailed on things that didn't matter to me makes me want to skip it. Despite that, I do enjoy reading the whole book as the story is truly interesting to read. I definitely recommend everyone to read this fantasy magical books.
