An edge-of-your-seat drama from the queen of teen thrillers, Hide and Secrets will have you looking for answers in every corner . . .

Hide and secrets is a story followed with Cat, a fourteen-year-old who lives with her mother who is an astrologer and her younger sister. Cat's father went missing after he went sailing and been declared as dead. However, one day, Cat received a call from her father's good friend saying that her father is still alive. She was skeptical but then the call she received sounds really convincing that she decided to search for any clue that is related to her father. Together with Tyler, they both on a journey to solve the mystery behind Cat's father disappearance.

This is a rather a cool mystery book that remind of myself who enjoys reading mystery/thriller when I was a teenager. I, honestly enjoy reading the book, the journey Cat & Tyler begin together although I did felt there was a loophole somewhere even so I do enjoy it.

Cat might be impulsive in making her decision that cause worrisome but I believe she knows what she's doing and knows how to manage it although she quite clumsy in someway. While, Tyler, he is much more rational which balancing their journey together.

In plotwise, it is easy to digest the story, easy to follow, a fast-paced journey which it will give you a good gasp on what will you encounter during your read. I'm not going to spoil but one thing, it was a good one.

Overall, it was an enjoyable mystery. It does give me a good sensation while reading the book and unputdownable one. If you are looking for a good YA Mystery, this should be the one.
