I love these short stories that has been compiled in one book. All short stories are amazing! I do actually have my most favourite one. Couldn't help it!
I am so intrigued when I saw my favourite author written a short stories in here which I do quickly when to her stories first and go on reading other stories. I love how the story is a mixed of futuristic, folklore, fantasy, magic, mermaid, vampires. There was a lot more in here. Each of the stories were uniquely written. To review each of the stories could be way too long so I'll make it simple.
My personal favourite would be the Melie by Justina Ireland where the story follows with the magician has a mission to hunt for mermaid's tears. As weird as it sounds, it was written wonderfully, funny at the same time. Next story I like is The Actress by Danielle Page. The story revolves around vampires and a witch. It's new to me that I couldn't help it but to enjoy it.
Each of the stories in here is written beautifully, very much engaging, definitely enjoyable and unputdownable. This is by far the hardest one to review because I wanted to review them all but how? I might as well choose some of the stories that I like to show how good and interesting the story is. It was edited really well by Patrice Caldwell. So, that is a big kudos to her. I totally recommended to you especially you are looking for a short stories and that has been compiled in one book by different authors.
